The "Carolina
Grill's" Chuck Thomas grew up in South Carolina, and with
more than 25 years of culinary restaurant experience, is
known for creating and serving great food at many
restaurants throughout the eastern United States.
Chuck entered the restaurant business in 1982, which
eventually led him at age 19, to becoming the youngest
manager of "Garcia's Mexican Restaurant" in Greenville,
South Carolina. In 1985, working at |

Garcia's, Chuck became well known for
his dishes and recipes throughout South Carolina, New
Jersey, and even Florida.
In 1988, Chuck trained under Chef
Christopher Johnson at J.B. Winberrie's in Ft. Myers,
Florida. At that time he also became a Steak & Ale
Trainer/Expert known for his steaks, seafood, and prime rib. |
